Contractors working on their own regards and are not anyhow supported by the government. What we earn is what we keep but after all the necessary costs are covered. Overheads, Acc, Tax, insurance, accounting, administration, storage, holiday and sick leave, tools and vehicle depreciation and any other relevant costs.
It is an a long list to such extend that there is no surprise contractors charge up to 50 percent more than an employee could.
